摘 要
流量是工农业生产过程中重要的测量参数之一,与温度、压力、物位同为热
工量。流量测量的意义在于既可以指导生产,同时又是规范工艺操作的需要和进
行经济核算的依据。由于流量这个参数受流体的工作条件影响,对其检测有相当
的难度,为了满足现代工业中各种不同的场合和各种不同的测量目的,各种流量
计量仪表就应运而生。
涡轮流量计是计量仪表中不可缺少的一员,随着现代计算机技术的发展而不
断发展和完善。按照模块化设计方法,将系统硬件部分分为不同的功能模块分别
进行设计。并对现状中存在效率低的问题作了分析,提出模块化设计开发该产品
的思路和方法,并论述 了模块化设计给产品所带来的诸多优势和重大意义。

ABSTRACT
The flow is one of the important measurement parameters in the process of
industrial and agricultural production, and the temperature, pressure, level the same as
the heat and consuming. The significance of flow measurement is that can guide the
production, but it is also the basis of the specification process operation needs and
economic accounting. Due to the impact of the working conditions of the flow
parameters by fluid, detection of considerable difficulty, in order to meet modern
industry in a variety of occasions and a variety of measurement purposes, a variety of
flow measurement instrument came into being.
Measurement instrument of turbine flowmeter is one of the indispensable part,
with the development of modern computer technology and the continuous
development and improvement. According to the modular design method, the system
hardware parts can be divided into different functional modules respectively. And the
current situation and the problem of low efficiency of existing were analyzed and put
forward the thinking and method of the modular design and development of the
product, and discusses the modular design for product brings many advantages and
great significance.
