Course Overview
This course covers the implementation of optimizing business processes with emphasis
on Desktop Automation and Robotic Automation solutions. This course combines theory,
live demos, and hands-on exercises. The course includes a practical certification exam.
Who Should Attend
This course is intended for Implementation Engineers with proven experience with
automation tools, who have completed the Fundamentals course.
Course Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Display Callouts and Documents from within a solution
Create Workflows for Process Compliance and Automation
Implement Robotic Automation Solutions
Capture data from an active computer screen using Scene Composer
Stream data from Databases into the Designer and vice versa
Create Full Meaningful Solutions upon Business Requests
Perform Administrative activities related to Real-Time solutions
Prerequisites
Confirmed participants will be required to complete an online learning path on NICE
University prior to the start of the course.
Participants are expected to have successfully completed:
NICE Real-Time Designer Automation Fundamentals course.
Participants are expected to have proven experience with automation tools and previous
knowledge with at least 2 years’ experience of Object Oriented programming languages,
such as C++/C#, Java, etc.
