摘要
随着国民经济快速发展,人们对生活的要求越来越高,对服务的快捷、便利
性要求也越来越高,他们对医疗行业的建设与管理提出了更高的要求。为适应和
推动医疗行业的发展,各社区医院和部门开始广泛采用计算机管理系统,推出网
上看病挂号服务,大大减轻了管理部门工作人员的劳动强度,提高了各部门的工
作效率,提升了社区医院的服务水平,也逐步树立了医院形象。
本文基于 B/S 结构和 JSP 技术,采用 Java 语言和 Eclipse、MySQL 数据库进
行编写的系统。B/S 模式统一了客户端,将系统功能实现的核心部分集中到服务
器上,简化了系统的开发和使用,维护和升级方式简单,成本降低,选择更多。
本系统还使用了 JavaScript 客户端应用框架、Servlet、Struts 和 Web 开发相
关技术。
本课题的设计目标是实现一个在线社区医院挂号系统,实现用户登录及用户
信息管理,挂号信息管理和挂号报表统计等功能。本课题采用模块化的设计理念,
将挂号系统通过后台管理模块实现用户信息管理、挂号信息管理和挂号报表统计
等功能。本课题最终展示的是一个后台管理界面,实现设计目标中的所有功能。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the national economy, people's requirements for
life are getting higher and higher, and the requirements for quick and convenient
services are also getting higher and higher. They have put forward higher
requirements for the construction and management of the medical industry. In order to
adapt to and promote the development of the medical industry, community hospitals
and departments began to widely use computer management systems and launched
online medical registration services, which greatly reduced the labor intensity of
management staff, improved the efficiency of various departments, and improved the
community hospitals. The level of service has gradually established the image of the
hospital.
This paper is based on B/S structure and JSP technology, using Java language
and Eclipse, MySQL database to write the system. The B/S mode unifies the client
and concentrates the core part of the system function implementation on the server,
which simplifies the development and use of the system. The maintenance and
upgrade methods are simple, the cost is reduced, and more options are selected. The
system also uses JavaScript client application frameworks, Servlets, Struts, and Web
development related technologies.
The design goal of this topic is to realize an online community hospital
registration system, and realize the functions of user login and user information
management, registered information management and registration report statistics.
This topic adopts a modular design concept. The registration system implements
functions such as user information management, registered information management,
and registration report statistics through a back-end management module. The topic is
ultimately a background management interface that implements all the features of the
design goals.
