摘 要
随着人们对于动物及环境保护的意识越来越强,流浪动物的救助与保护涉及到了健
康卫生以及城市容貌等多个方面,流浪动物保护是一个全球性的问题,不同的国家和地
区都出台了形式多样的保护办法和错误去解决流浪动物的问题。随着人们对于流浪动物
救助的关注度越来越高,多种多样的流浪动物救助组织应运而生,包括了流浪动物捐助、
流浪动物领养以及流浪动物收容所等内容,但是对于流浪动物的救助方式和行为的推广
还存在很多可提升的空间,人们对于流浪动物救助的信息内容相对闭塞且没有对应的平
台进行推广,因此需要一个系统的平台来帮助实现流浪动物救助信息的汇总,同时借助
平台来实现系统化流程化的救助功能的运行。
结合目前流浪动物救助的需求,利用 VUE、springboot、java 以及 eclipse 等开发
工具开发设计一款针对流浪动物救助的平台,通过平台呈现流浪动物信息展示、流浪动
物志愿者风采、流浪动物在线领养以及线上募捐等功能内容,同时利用 Mysql 数据库来
实现后台数据信息的存储和管理,通过平台来实现流浪动物救信息的分享和救助行为发
生,利用网络平台信息传递和覆盖的广泛性来进一步提升流浪动物救助行为的发生,同
时也为更多的爱心人士提供在线信息查看和申请的平台,有利于推动动物保护事业的进
步也为人类创造一个和谐的社会环境。

Abstract
As people become more and more aware of animal and environmental protection, the
rescue and protection of stray animals involve many aspects such as health and urban
appearance. The protection of stray animals is a global problem. Different countries and
regions have introduced various forms of protection methods and mistakes to solve the
problem of stray animals. As people pay more and more attention to the rescue of stray
animals, a variety of rescue organizations for stray animals emerge as the times require,
including donation of stray animals, adoption of stray animals and shelter for stray animals.
However, there is still much room to improve the promotion of rescue methods and behaviors
for stray animals. The information content of rescue for stray animals is relatively closed and
there is no corresponding platform to promote, Therefore, a systematic platform is needed to
help summarize the rescue information of stray animals, and at the same time, the platform is
used to realize the operation of systematic and procedural rescue functions.
In combination with the current needs for the rescue of stray animals, a platform for the
rescue of stray animals is developed and designed using VUE, springboot, java, eclipse and
other development tools. The platform presents the information display of stray animals, the
demeanour of stray animals volunteers, online adoption of stray animals, online donation and
other functional contents, and uses MySQL database to realize the storage and management of
background data information, Through the platform, we can realize the sharing of rescue
information of stray animals and the occurrence of rescue behaviors. We can further improve
the occurrence of rescue behaviors of stray animals by making use of the universality of
information transmission and coverage of the network platform. At the same time, we can
also provide more caring people with an online information viewing and application platform,
which is conducive to promoting the progress of animal protection and creating a harmonious
social environment for mankind.
