摘 要
电子信息技术高速发展的今天,让计算机成为信息化发展的一个重要的工具,互联
网技术的发展也带动了计算机发展,同时让更多的人通过互联网和计算机技术能够进行
很强的操作和学习能力。通过互联网技术和电子信息技术,在网络金融方面,也得到了
长足的发展,网络金融在如今的社会中,有着重要的发展趋势,在网上,出现了借贷,
投资,理财等,典型的借贷公司例如金之家等,通过网络借贷,可以提前实现自己的梦
想,提前享受。
在高校中,有部分贫困学生,在上学时候不能够担负起自己的学费,为了帮助此类
学生能够顺利完成学业,更好地进行学习,我们开发了这款关于学生贷款的系统,让学
生在网上就能进行注册,成为会员,并能够在线提交助学贷款的申请,提交相关的资料
信息等,等待教师的审核。审核后,就能够在线进行申请贷款,线下进行相关的手续的
办理,大大减少了学校对于学生申请助学贷款的工作量的安排,提高了工作效率。
针对以上问题,我们利用大学所学的知识和技术开发这款关于大学生贷款的系统。
本系统前台主要使用 JSP 作为开发语言,后台使用轻量级的 mysql 作为数据库管理,开
发环境是 MyEclipse8.5,运行服务器采用了 tomcat,实现了学生可以在线贷款的功能,
也让大学生能够在网上申请贷款,查看贷款的审批和审核情况,更加方便了贫困生能够
在互联网金融发展的今天,有一个不错的选择。

Abstract
The rapid development of electronic information technology today, computer has become an
important tool for the development of information technology, the development of Internet
technology has also led to the development of the computer, and to let more people through
the Internet and computer technology can be very strong operation and learning ability.
Through the Internet technology and electronic information technology, the network finance,
also obtained the considerable development of network finance, in today's society, there is an
important development trend, on the Internet, the lending, investment, financing, typical
lending companies such as gold home, through the network lending, can achieve their own the
dream ahead of time in advance to enjoy.
In universities, some poor students in the school can not afford the tuition fees, in order to
help the students to finish their studies, learn better, we developed this system on student
loans, students are registered on the Internet can become a member, and be able to submit
loan applications online. Submit the relevant information, the audit for the teachers. After the
audit, it is possible to apply for loans online, the relevant procedures for the handling of the
line, greatly reducing the amount of work for school students to apply for student loans
arrangements, improve work efficiency.
To solve the above problems, we use the knowledge and technology of the university to
develop the system of college student loans. The front of the system using JSP as the
programming language, the background using the lightweight MySQL as the database
management, the development environment is MyEclipse8.5, to run the server using tomcat,
realize the online students can loan, so that students can also apply for loans in the online
examination and approval and audit of the view of loans, more convenient for the poor
students in the Internet financial development today, there is a good choice.
