1.0 Purpose:
To define the process and minimum acceptable standards for implementing CAMP server
disaster recovery plans at CEP plant.
2.0 Scope:
2.1 This policy applies to CEP OES system only,included CAMP, MSS, Toolsnet and
WinCC.
2.2 The words “shall” and “must” in this document indicate mandatory requirements.
The word “should” indicates a preferred approach. “Notes” are used to provide
guidance or additional explanation.

4.0 Definitions:
Business Continuity - A series of policies and procedures that proactively outline
disaster mitigation and response, before, during, and after the occurrence of an
adverse event facilitating the continuity of critical functions.
BCP/DRP Guidance documents - The minimum acceptable standards for BCP and
DRP.
Business Continuity Plan (BCP) - An output of Business Continuity that defines the
disaster mitigation and response to lessen the impact upon the Business in the event
an application or Information Asset becomes unavailable for use by the Business.
Business Impact Analysis (BIA) - A process designed to prioritize business
functions by assessing the potential quantitative (financial) and qualitative (non-
financial) impact that might result if an organization was to experience an adverse
event.
Critical Application - An application that is essential to the organization’s ability to
