图像数据类型转换

Halcon 的强大功能使我们省去很多图像处理（机器视觉）中的很多麻烦而又重复性的 工作。但是，面向不同的应用，应该编写自己最核心的算法，从而达到最佳的处理效果；而 且Halcon 并不可能把各种情况都考虑进去。以下是我初步入门Halcon 和VC 的一点感触和 想法，已经被实验证明了是正确的

一种避免颜色失真的图像增强算法

Abstract：For the existing image enhancement algorithm is sensitive to noises and easy to create color distortion, an image enhancement algorithm avoiding color distortion is proposed. Under analysis of LIP model, a TIP model is proposed. Color information is extracted from the palette to avoid color distortion. This algorithm is simple, easy to implement, and detail signals of image can be preserved and enhanced when noise is restrained effectively. This algorithm is obviously better than other image enhancement algorithms through the experiment.
