轴承端盖冲孔修边复合模设计

摘 要
本设计为轴承端盖冲孔修边复合模及典型工作零件的工艺分析。全文将设计
思路作为一条主线贯穿始终,所采用的设计思路为:取得必要的资料对冲裁零件
进行多方面的认识、分析,其中最重要的是对其进行工艺方面的分析。作好以上
的工作之后,设计进入了最为核心、最为重要的一步,即对零件进行必要的工艺
计算和确定模具主要工作零件的结构型式、相关尺寸。有了整个设计的核心灵魂
后,然后对模具的其它组成零件完成设计,从而完善整个模具。综合上述的分析、
计算、总体设计后,选好冲压设备,画好模具总装配图和各非标准零件图。整个
设计思路是成一条脉络呈现的。

ABSTRACT
The designing is punching 、shaving compound-die of end cover bearing and
typical craft analysis of working component.The designing mentality passes through
the whole thesis.Now describing the main mentality.At first,to get the necessary
material and understand 、 analyse the ramming component from main correlation
knowledge.After finishing above task,the designing enters the most important step .In
other words,it is center of the whole designing .The part that is necessary craft
computation and determination of main working components

correlation size.After having center soul of the whole designing,it is very appropriate to
finish other components
'
designing.So that ,it will be a consummation die.On the basis
of the above analysis、computation、synthesis designing,to chose ramming equipment
well,to draw the die assembly drawing and non-standard component drawing.The
whole mentality of designing takes on the thesis like a vein.
