随着城市化的不断推进,房产信息管理系统在社会发展中扮演着愈加重要的角
色。本论文以 Spring Boot 为基础,结合 JavaWeb 技术,成功设计并实现了一套高
效可靠的房产信息管理系统。
该系统的主要功能包括用户注册、登录、信息录入和查询等,通过整合 Spring
Boot 框架,实现了前后端的高效交互。系统利用了 Spring Boot 轻量级的特性,采
用模块化设计,提高了系统的可维护性和扩展性。用户能够便捷地进行信息录入和
查询,满足不同用户的需求。在开发过程中,系统运用了 Spring Boot 的自动化配
置功能,简化了开发流程,降低了开发难度,提高了开发效率。这不仅加速了系统
的上线时间,也为未来的功能拓展奠定了坚实的基础。系统的设计充分考虑了用户
友好性,提供了直观、易用的界面,使用户能够轻松上手,充分体验房产信息管理
的便捷性。

Abstract
With the continuous advancement of urbanization, the real estate information
management system plays an increasingly important role in the social development.
Based on Spring Boot and JavaWeb technology, this paper successfully designs and
implements an efficient and reliable real estate information management system. The
main functions of this system include user registration, login, information input and
query, etc. By integrating Spring Boot framework, efficient interaction between front and
back ends is realized. The system makes use of the lightweight features of Spring Boot
and adopts modular design to improve the maintainability and expansibility of the
system. Users can easily input and query information to meet the needs of different users.
In the process of development, the system uses the automatic configuration function of
Spring Boot, which simplifies the development process, reduces the development
difficulty and improves the development efficiency. This not only speeds up the system's
online time, but also lays a solid foundation for future functional expansion. The design
of the system fully considers the user friendliness, provides an intuitive and easy to use
interface, so that users can easily get started and fully experience the convenience of real
estate information management. By combining Spring Boot and JavaWeb technology,
this paper successfully constructs a powerful real estate information management system.
This not only meets the urgent demand for real estate information management in the
process of urbanization, but also shows the excellent performance and high efficiency of
Spring Boot framework in the development process. In the future, the system can better
serve the needs of social development through continuous expansion of functions and
optimization of user experience.
