摘 要
当今社会已经步入了科学技术进步和经济社会快速发展的新时期,国际信息和
学术交流也不断加强,计算机技术对经济社会发展和人民生活改善的影响也日益突
出,人类的生存和思考方式也产生了变化。传统渔船出海及海货统计采取了人工的
管理方法,但这种管理方法存在着许多弊端,比如效率低下、安全性低以及信息传
输的不准确等,同时由于渔船出海及海货统计中会形成众多的个人文档和信息系统
数据,通过人工方法对渔船信息、渔船航班、海货分类、海货价格等进行集中管理
会形成检索、更改和维护等较为麻烦的管理问题,同时由于广大用户对网络技术的
需求也日益高涨,于是信息技术也需要继续开展全新的改革以满足时代的需求。根
据此问题,研发一套渔船出海及海货统计系统,既能够大大提高信息的检索、变更
与维护的工作效率,也能够方便信息系统的管理运用,从而减少信息管理成本,提
高效率。
该渔船出海及海货统计系统采用 B/S 架构、前后端分离进行设计,并采用 java
语言以及 springboot 框架进行开发。该系统主要设计并完成了管理过程中的用户注
册登录、个人信息修改、用户信息、渔船信息、渔船航班、海货价格、渔船海货、
非法举报、渔船黑名单等功能。该系统操作简便,界面设计简洁,不但可以基本满
足本行业的日常管理工作,同时又可以有效减少人员成本和时间成本,为渔船出海
及海货统计工作提供了方便。

Abstract
Today's society has entered a new era of scientific and technological progress and
rapid economic and social development. International information and academic
exchanges have also been strengthened. The impact of computer technology on economic
and social development and the improvement of people's lives has also become
increasingly prominent, and the way of human survival and thinking has also changed.
The traditional management method of fishing boat sailing and sea cargo statistics adopts
manual management method, but this management method has many disadvantages, such
as low efficiency, low security and inaccurate information transmission. At the same
time, due to the formation of a large number of personal documents and information
system data in fishing boat sailing and sea cargo statistics, the centralized management of
fishing boat information, fishing boat flights, sea cargo classification, sea cargo prices,
etc. through manual methods will form a search Change and maintenance and other
troublesome management problems. At the same time, as the demand of users for
network technology is also increasing, information technology also needs to continue to
carry out new reforms to meet the needs of the times. According to this problem, the
development of a set of fishing boat sailing and cargo statistics system can not only
greatly improve the efficiency of information retrieval, change and maintenance, but also
facilitate the management and application of information systems, thus reducing
information management costs and improving efficiency.
The fishing boat sailing and cargo statistics system is designed with B/S
architecture, front and rear end separation, and developed with java language and spring
boot framework. The system mainly designs and completes the functions of user
registration and login, personal information modification, user information, fishing boat
information, fishing boat flight, sea cargo price, fishing boat sea cargo, illegal report,
fishing boat blacklist, etc. in the management process. The system is easy to operate and
the interface design is simple. It can not only basically meet the daily management work
of the industry, but also effectively reduce the personnel cost and time cost, and provide
convenience for the fishing boat to go to sea and the statistics of sea cargo.
