摘 要
近年来,信息化的革命渗透了各个行业的各个方面。随着大学生校园生活的
不断丰富,大学生们创新创业意识的不断提升,国家政府出台了各种各样的创新
创业政策的扶持和鼓励,各种类型的创新创业大赛的举办越来越频繁,各大高校、
院系参赛的积极性十足,如何将创新创业大赛的素材保存好,是一个亟待解决的
问题。由于高校数量繁多,比赛类型错综复杂,文件的储存格式无法统一,很难
依靠个人的脑力、计算机的存储和纸质资料来保存,常常出现文件丢失等令人惋
惜的情况。科学智能的存储方式,完善的创新创业比赛的信息管理平台,才是解
决创新创业信息保存管理不当问题的根本。为了响应“互联网+”、智能高校的号
召,解决大学生创新创业信息的管理及保存问题,本系统利用互联网,设计通用
型创新创业信息系统,为大学生提供了便捷高效的创新创业信息平台。
本系统采用了 Java Web 开发技术方式.。后台是基于 SSM 框架的设计,数
据库采用了十分简单高效的 MySQL 数据库,前端采用了 html+css+js 设计方式。
从整体架构来看,本系统分成了学生模块和教师管理员模块。其中,学生模块分
为:查看比赛、报名比赛、查看项目、查看素材这四大功能,教师管理员模块分
为:大赛管理、报名管理、项目管理这几项功能。

Abstract
In recent years, the information revolution has penetrated all aspects of various
industries. With the continuous enrichment of college students ’campus life and the
continuous improvement of college students’ awareness of innovation and
entrepreneurship, the national government has issued a variety of innovation and
entrepreneurship policies to support and encourage them. Various types of innovation
and entrepreneurship competitions are being held more and more frequently. The
enthusiasm of universities and colleges to participate in the competition is full. How
to save the materials of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition is an urgent
problem to be solved. Due to the large number of colleges and universities, the
intricate types of games, the file storage format cannot be unified, it is difficult to rely
on personal brainpower, computer storage and paper materials to save, often
regrettable situations such as file loss. The storage method of scientific intelligence
and the perfect information management platform for innovation and entrepreneurship
competitions are the fundamental to solve the problem of improper management and
preservation of innovation and entrepreneurship information. In order to respond to
the call of "Internet +" and intelligent colleges and universities to solve the problem of
the management and preservation of innovation and entrepreneurship information for
college students, this system uses the Internet to design a general innovation and
entrepreneurship information system to provide a convenient and efficient innovation
and entrepreneurship information platform for college students.
This system uses Java Web development technology. The background is based on
the SSM framework design, the database uses a very simple and efficient MySQL
database, the front end uses html + css + js design. From the overall structure, the
system is divided into student modules and teacher administrator modules. Among
them, the student module is divided into four functions: view contest, registration
contest, view project, and view material. The teacher administrator module is divided
into: contest management, registration management and project management.
