摘 要
2019 年 12 月 19 日,中国武汉报告首例新型冠状病毒感染病例。每个人都在响应政府的
号召,留在家里以及留在城市、城镇和村庄的家中,保持隔离和隔离。这引起了我的注意,
所以我设计了一个基于 java 实现的疫情防控信息管理系统。疫情防控需要全校用户以及所有
用户的共同努力、团结一致,通过学校广播、课堂宣传单、教师以及社会传播的形式、开展
疫情防控知识普及教育,向用户传授疫情防控知识。社区还可以使用微信组和短消息。从个
人防护知识、家居防护知识、公共防护知识、COVID-19 医学知识和医疗程序五个方面向在校
用户传播防疫知识。建立和管理学校平台信息是全面实现疫情防控的最佳途径。根据新型冠
状病毒的到来,我开发了一套疫情防控信息管理系统。
本系统采用 Java 技术,各业务模块采用浏览器交互,数据库采用 MySQL, Springboot 作
为系统的后台框架,采用 IDEA 作为开发工具进行系统设计。基本实现了疫情防控信息管理系
统应具备的主要功能模块,该系统具有管理员、用户等、主要给你设计有:用户信息、角色
管理菜单管理、实时疫情状态、历史行程管理、每日登记管理、外出报备管理、复工申请管
理审核信息管理、通知公告管理、管理员发布一些通知公告信息以及管理查看等。后期对系
统进行了测试,对程序逻辑和代码进行了改进。同时,确保系统中的所有程序都能正常运行,
所有功能都能进行操作,并且系统具有良好的操作体验,为疫情防控信息管理系统、护理工
作者管理、用户管理和政府部门实现共赢。

On December 19, 2019, Wuhan, China reported the first case of novel
coronavirus infection. Everyone is responding to the government's call to stay at
home and in cities, towns and villages to maintain isolation and isolation. This
attracted my attention, so I designed an epidemic prevention and control
information management system based on Java. Epidemic prevention and control
requires the joint efforts and unity of all users in the school and all users to
carry out epidemic prevention and control knowledge popularization education in
the form of school radio, classroom leaflets, teachers and social communication,

so as to impart epidemic prevention and control knowledge to users. The community
can also use wechat groups and short messages. Spread epidemic prevention knowledge
to school users from five aspects: personal protection knowledge, home protection
knowledge, public protection knowledge, covid-19 medical knowledge and medical
procedures. Establishing and managing school information platform is the best way
to comprehensively realize epidemic prevention and control. According to the
arrival of novel coronavirus, I have developed a set of epidemic prevention and
control information management system.
The system adopts Java technology, each business module adopts browser
interaction, the database adopts mysql, springboot as the background framework of
the system, and idea as the development tool for system design. Basically realized
the main functional modules that the epidemic prevention and control information
management system should have. The system has administrators and users. It is
mainly designed for you: user information, role management, menu management, real-
time epidemic status, historical travel management, daily registration management,
out reporting management, resumption application management, audit information
management, notice and announcement management, administrator issuing some notice
and announcement information and management viewing, etc. Later, the system is
tested and the program logic and code are improved. At the same time, ensure that
all programs in the system can operate normally, all functions can be operated,
and the system has good operation experience, so as to achieve win-win for epidemic
prevention and control information management system, nursing worker management,
user management and government departments.
