1、根本配置及特点
1.1 根本配置
装置为大规模可编程逻辑电路和 Intel 80296 为主 CPU 实现的馈线线路保护测控一体化系
统,适用于电力系统及石化、煤炭、冶金等相关行业 3~10kV 电压等级的大中型三相同步、异
步电动机。装置既适用于由断路器控制的电动机,也适用于由熔断器加接触器〔FC〕控制的电
动机。装置既可以集中组屏安装,也可以在开关柜就地安装。保护测控配置如下。

测控功能�
1) 遥测�
包括三相电压、三相电流、频率、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数。�
2) 遥信�
遥信容量为 16 路,输入方式为无源接点。�
3) 遥控�
装置可进行 2 路遥控〔遥控分合、遥控热复归〕�
4) 遥脉�
4 路脉冲输入。�
5) 起动记录�
最近 15 次电动机起动记录,可查看起动过程持续的时间和起动过程中各相最大电流。
1.2 技术特点
1. 硬件结构单元化、全密封、单元内各模件独立金属腔体、自检和冗余措施完善,抗干扰
性能好;
2. 软件面向控制对象开放式设计,实现模块化,可查询 CPU 状态及保护中间过程;
3. 人机接口由宽温大屏幕液晶显示器和薄膜按键组成,信息显示汉化;
4. 详尽的大容量的事件记录功能,便于分析事故及观察运行工况;
5. 保护动作信息及预告信息可由单元转化为遥信上送,提高动作及返回信息实时性;
6. 保护投退状态可转化为遥信上送,并可远方遥控投退保护,无障碍适用于各种调度规约;
7. 交流量开关量录波功能、录波波形就地显示及后台软件分析相结合;
8. 通讯双 CAN 网标配,多 ID 号 2.0B 协议,通讯波特率在线修改、自动双网切换,保证通
讯的可靠性,通讯介质简单,并可扩展为光纤网;
9. 14 位 AD 宽幅模数转换,24 点/周波采样,提高了保护精度、灵敏度;
10. 测量精度系数单独存放在交流采样模件带 SPI 接口的独立 E
2
PROM 中,独立性好;
11. 保护定值多区域相对独立的 E
2
PROM/DSRAM 中存放,自动互相校验,自行修复,完全防止
运行中定值缺损或丧失;
12. 单元自带蜂鸣器件,故障告警;
13. 小接地选线单元内部独立配置,亦可通过网络通讯集中选线或试跳;
