题目：教师办公管理系统设计与实现

摘 要
现代经济快节奏发展以及不断完善升级的信息化技术，让传统数据信息的管
理升级为软件存储，归纳，集中处理数据信息的管理方式。本教师办公管理系统
就是在这样的大环境下诞生，其可以帮助管理者在短时间内处理完毕庞大的数据
信息，使用这种软件工具可以帮助管理人员提高事务处理效率，达到事半功倍的
效果。此教师办公管理系统利用当下成熟完善的 JSP 技术，使用跨平台的可开发
大型商业网站的 Java 语言，以及最受欢迎的 RDBMS 应用软件之一的 Mysql 数
据库进行程序开发。教师办公管理系统实现了竞赛报名，有管理员，教师，领导
三个角色。管理员管理所有基础信息，领导主要查看通知和回复反馈，查看领导
信箱，文件中心。教师主要也是查看通知和给领导反馈信息，以及文件中心，查
看自己的考勤信息。教师办公管理系统的开发根据操作人员需要设计的界面简洁
美观，在功能模块布局上跟同类型网站保持一致，程序在实现基本要求功能时，
也为数据信息面临的安全问题提供了一些实用的解决方案。可以说该程序在帮助
管理者高效率地处理工作事务的同时，也实现了数据信息的整体化，规范化与自
动化。

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern economy and the continuous improvement and
upgrading of information technology, the management of traditional data information
is upgraded to the management mode of software storage, induction and centralized
processing of data information. The teacher office management system was born in
such an environment. It can help managers deal with huge data information in a short
time. Using this software tool can help managers improve transaction processing
efficiency and achieve twice the result with half the effort. This teacher's office
management system uses the current mature and perfect JSP technology, uses the
cross platform Java language that can develop large commercial websites, and the
MySQL database, one of the most popular RDBMS application software, for program
development. The teacher office management system realizes the competition
registration, which has three roles: administrator, teacher and leader. The
administrator manages all basic information. The leader mainly views the notice and
reply feedback, and views the leader's mailbox and file center. Teachers mainly view
the notice and feedback information to leaders, as well as the file center to view their
attendance information. The development of teachers' office management system is
designed according to the needs of operators. The interface is simple and beautiful,
and the layout of functional modules is consistent with that of similar websites. When
the program realizes the basic required functions, it also provides some practical
solutions to the security problems faced by data information. It can be said that the
program not only helps managers deal with work affairs efficiently, but also realizes
the integration, standardization and automation of data information.
