1. 前言
俗话有说:“人靠衣装,佛靠金装。”化妆品不但能清洁肌肤,同时也能起到美化、
悦己的作用。国家在 20 世纪 70 年代改革开放以来,经济发展迅速,人们生活明显改善,
在满足了吃住的基本生活要求之后,对穿着和打扮也开始有了更高的要求。尤其是我们
国家的女性地位得到显著的提高,对化妆品的要求也显著地提高。换而言之,化妆品对
我们的生活也产生了重大的影响。
2.发展
2.1 改革开放后
改革开放 30 年来我国化妆品市场销售额平均以每年 23.8%的速度增长,最高的年份
达 41%,增长速度远远高于国民经济的平均增长速度,具有相当大的发展潜力。化妆品
的流通渠道也在发生非常大的变化,特别是零售终端发生着前所未有的深刻变革。“十
二五”规划把消费提到了前所未有的高度,消费有望成为推动经济增长的最大驱动力。
化妆品零售业的发展与创新大有可为。
2.2 当今
中国的化妆品市场已成为群世界最大的新型市场之一。2010 年,中国化妆品市场的
规模已经达到 800 亿元人民币。有机构预测,到 2015 年化妆品销售额预计可以达到 1100
亿元。
化妆品物流指的是为化妆品生产环节流通到消费者手中所进行的一系列活动和管理,
包含运输、仓储、分拨、配送、信息管理。课题中我们主要就是做关于物流中的配送环
节。
在我国,化妆品流通主要通过以下几个渠道。
1. 批发市场,其特点是经营面积大,客流大,化妆品品牌多、价格低。
2. 百货商场,其特点是地理位置好,客流大,对消费者吸引力大,综合经营各类
化妆品,一般为国际、国内知名品牌。百货商场在化妆品销售终端中占据重要
的位置。
3. 综合连锁经营企业,主要是连锁经营的大超市或大卖场。他们一般设在居民聚
集区,客流稳定,经营面积大,经营品种多,以中低档、基础性化妆品居多,
以价格为主要的竞争手段。

4. 化妆品连锁店,他们以连锁经营形式拥有多家门店,专业从事化妆品销售。
5. 品牌专卖店,这类店铺独立,由厂才独资开办,或由厂家特许经营,全面展示
品牌产品,有助于提升品牌形象。
6. 专业市场,比如美容美发院和美容美发学院。
7. 药店,以销售药品为主,同时也出售一些疗效类的特殊功能化妆品。
8. 直销,采取无店铺经营方式,厂家通过销售人员直接将产品销售给消费者。
9. 电子商务,无实体店,通过网络传递信息,进行资金交易,通过现实物流配送
产品。
随着我国互联网的不断发展,网上购物的人群越来越多,化妆品网络购物呈现不断
上涨的趋势,这就注定需要更多的实体物流的支撑,也就说明了物流管理的重要意义,
所以说化妆品市场的发展离不开物流,物流离不开配送。

1 Introduction

clean the skin, but also can play a role of beautifying, yue. In twentieth century the country
since 70 years of reform and opening up, the rapid economic development, people's living
improved, to meet the basic requirementsof life eat, dress and dress also began to have higher
requirements. Especially the women's status in our country is obviously improved, the
cosmeticrequirements are also significantly improved. In other words, cosmetics also had a
significant impact on our lives.

Cosmetics logistics refers to is a series of activities and management for cosmetics
production circulation to the hands of consumers are,Contains transportation, warehousing,
distribution, distribution, information management. We mainly do research about the logistics
of distribution.
In our country, the circulation of cosmetics mainly through the following channels.

are generally located in the residential area, the steady flow,business area, operating varieties,
with cheap, basic cosmetics are, with price as the main means of competition.
4 cosmetics chain stores, they have the form of chain operations, specializing insales of
cosmetics.
5 brand stores, these stores by independent, factory was solely invested by the manufacturer,
or franchise, a comprehensive display of brand products, helps toenhance the brand image.
6 professional market, such as hair and beauty salon and hairdressing school.
7 pharmacies to sell drugs, mainly, but also sell some curative effect of special function of
cosmetics.
8 sales, take non store mode of operation, the manufacturer by sales personnelsell directly
to consumers.
9 e-commerce, no entity shop, through the network to transmit information,capital
transactions, the real logistics products.
With the continuous development of China's Internet, online shopping more and more
people, cosmetics shopping network showing a rising trend, which is destined to the entity
logistics more support, also shows the importance of logistics management, so that the
development of the cosmetics market cannot do without logistics, logistics cannot do without
distribution.
