职工工资管理系统设计与实现
摘 要
本职工工资管理系统是针对目前职工工资管理的实际需求，从实际工作出发，对过
去的职工工资管理系统存在的问题进行分析，结合计算机系统的结构、概念、模型、原
理、方法，在计算机各种优势的情况下，采用目前 jsp 中最流行 SSM 框架和 myeclipse
编辑器、MySQL 数据库设计并实现的 。本职工工资管理系统主要包括系统用户管理模块、
部门信息模块、级别信息管理、员工信息管理、工资信息管理、登录模块、和退出模块
等多个模块。它帮助职工工资管理实现了信息化、网络化，通过测试，实现了系统设计
目标，相比传统的管理模式，本系统合理的利用了职工工资管理数据资源，有效的减少
了职工工资管理的经济投入，大大提高了职工工资管理的效率。

ABSTRACT
The wage management system for local employees is aimed at the actual needs of the
current wage management of employees. From the actual work, the problems existing in the
past wage management system for employees are analyzed, and the structure, concept, model,
principle, and method of the computer system are combined with various advantages of the
computer. Under the circumstances, Designed and implemented using the most popular SSM
framework and myeclipse editor in the current JSP, MySQL database. The employee salary
management system mainly includes system user management module, department
information module, level information management, employee information management,
salary information management, login module, and exit module. It has helped to realize the
informatization and networking of employee wage management, and has achieved the goal of
system design through testing. Compared with the traditional management model, the system
has reasonably used the data resources of employee wage management and effectively
reduced the economic investment of employee wage management. It has greatly improved the
efficiency of employee salary management..
