一、系统概述
城市自来水管网是一个纵横交错的巨大网络,具有十分复杂的空间和
非空间属性。传统工作方式中,这些信息一般经图纸图表描述(例如,施
工和竣工资料图表),采用人工管理,长期以来,我们在管网资料的管理
方面一直沿用这种做法。各种图档资料的不齐全使在管理这样一个庞大的
管网时感到力不从心。自来水输配调度缺乏依据,遇到紧急情况无法及时
得知有关信息采取相应措施。有关资料只存在一些有经验的技术人员的头
脑里,因大规模市政建设而日益变化的参考建筑,使有些管网资料失去了
其原有的价值,设备管理相当困难,管网设计也很难优化。为了彻底改变
这一现状,必须引入计算机技术—地理信息系统来管理我们的管网资料。
利用 GIS 技术存储、管理和更新城市自来水管道网络的空间数据库;
通过与 GPS、无线通讯、Internet、虚拟现实等高新技术的有机结合,在
GIS 的数据操作及空间分析技术的辅助下,建立广泛的实时数字自来水管
道信息用户服务体系,实现全数字化自来水管道信息的实时发布、存储与
检索,为自来水管道管理、调度及居民需求等提供有效的技术支持;实时
地根据用户需求对自来水管道网络的属性特征进行分析和描述,辅助自来
水管道路线选择、区位分配分析等,并对自来水管道网络进行实时优化,
使自来水管网输配调度更加科学经济。
