摘要
本文主要针对内圆磨具主轴零件的加工进行工艺分析。内圆磨具主轴零件通常
由内外圆柱面、内外圆锥面、端面、台阶面、螺纹等组成,主要用于支撑传动零
件,承受载荷,传递转矩等,有较高的精度和粗糙度要求。
为保证内圆磨具主轴零件的高精度要求,本设计针对零件进行了工艺分析、
尺寸计算、程序编写以及数控仿真,制定了正确的工艺方案,包括:装夹方案和
工艺路线,选择合理的刀具和夹具,并能利用数控仿真软件进行了验证。实现了
数控车床的自动化,智能化,高精度、快速度,短周期等功能。
数控加工制造技术正逐渐得到广泛的应用。零件加工之前,进行工艺分析、
编程设计具有非常重要的作用。本文通过对典型的轴类零件数控加工工艺的分析,
给出了一般零件设计加工工艺分析的方法,对于提高制造质量和实际生产,具有
一定的指导意义。

Abstract
This article is focus on the technology analysis of the processing for the shaft
components. Generally, the shaft components are made up of internal and
external conical surfaces, Inside and outside the cone surface, terminal
surfaces, step surfaces, screw thread and circle arc, It has been mainly used
for supporting transmission parts, bear loads and transmit torques and need
the high precision and roughness,
In order to ensure high-precision requirements of the Shaft ,This article
develops the right technology program for technology analysis, size calculation,
programming and NC simulation. Including the setup process and technology
routes, chose right clamp and cutters. It has been checked by NC simulation
software. And achieves the automation, intellectualization, high precision,
rapid production, short production period of the NC Lathe.
NC machining and manufacturing technology is widely applied in industrial
manufactures. It is highly crucial to proceed with technology analysis and
programming before machining the shaft components. Based on the typical
technology analysis of NC machining of the shaft components, this paper
comes up with a method about analysis of design process of the usual
components, it raises products’ quality and guide actual manufacturing and
has a certain level of guiding significance.
