基于 PLC 丝网印刷机控制系统设计
摘要
由于丝网印刷在基板大小和形状方面没有限制,可适应油墨,印刷油墨层厚度可调
特性而被广泛使用,因而,对开发控制精度高,性能高,操作简易以便丝网印刷机是非
常有必要。
在本文重要简介采用高性能三菱 PLC 对原有老旧丝印机电气控制系统进行设计改
造过程。在开发之前,对丝网印刷机工作流程进行了详细分析,进而明确了控制系统任
务,再从硬件和软件两个方面进行改造。
在硬件设计方面,本文采用了三菱 FX 系列 PLC,其中选取了高性能微解决器 FX2N,
并对别的各个模块进行了精确选型,完全满足了设备规定,详细设计了触摸屏、电气原
理图与 PLC 通信接口。在印刷回墨控制方面,采用了交流伺服驱动系统来控制同步带实
现图形印刷。
在软件设计方面,该程序可仿真调试实现,手动程序,自动程序和复位程序三个某
些。依照模块化编程办法,对梯形图中重要模块进行了详细描述。在人机界面方面,运
用相应软件开发出了触摸屏中各个功能界面,提高了操作性能,以便操作者操作体验。

Design of control system for screen printing machine based on PLC
Abstract
Because of no restriction on the size and shape of the substrate in the screen printing,ink
to adapt to,the printing ink layer thickness adjustable properties,which can be widely used.
Therefore , to develop high control precision , high performance , simple and convenient
operation of the silk screen printing machine is very necessary.
In this paper,the use of high-performance MITSUBISHI PLC to the original old screen
printing machine electrical control system design and transformation of the process. Before
the development,the work flow of the screen printing machine is analyzed in detail,and then
the task of the control system is defined , and then the hardware and software of the two
aspects are reconstructed..
In the aspect of hardware design,this paper makes use of the Mitsubishi FX series PLC,
in which the selection of the high performance microprocessor FX2N,and to the rest of the
modules of the correct selection,fully meet the requirements of the equipment,the detailed
design of the communication interface of touch screen,electrical principle diagram and PLC.
In the aspect of printing ink control,AC servo drive system is used to control the synchronous
belt printing..
In software design,the program can simulate debugging,manual procedures,automatic
procedures and reset procedures for three parts. According to the method of modularization,
the important modules in the ladder diagram are described in detail.. In the man-machine
interface , the use of the corresponding software to develop a touch screen in the various
functional interfaces , improve the operation performance , easy operator to operate
experience.
