摘要
本设计以普通地下车辆交通隧道通风风机和排水泵为控制对象,根据隧道内
检测的烟雾浓度、风速、蓄水池液位及相应控制要求,设计电气控制原理图和 PLC
控制程序,可实现烟雾浓度检测、液位检测、风机启停、水泵启停全自动控制,具
有互锁保护功能,能实现自动-手动转换操作。本文采用了西门子 S7—200PLC
的 CPU226 AC/DC/RLY 模块,加之EM231的模拟量输入扩展模块,并辅
以隧道CO/VI 检测器、超声波液位计、单向式射流风机和德国威乐水泵等元器
件,成功实现了对隧道通风排水的自动-手动控制。即使是火灾或暴风雨等特殊情
况,该系统经过运行调试后也能游刃有余。

Abstract
The design of common underground vehicle traffic tunnel ventilation
and drainage pump as the control object, according to the requirem
ents of the tunnel detection of smoke concentration, wind speed, liquid
level of the reservoir and corresponding control and elec
trical design control principle diagram and the PLC control pr
ogram can achieve the start and stop smoke concentration de
tection, liquid level detection, fan, pump start and stop automatic
control, with interlocking protection function, can realize the
automatic and manual conversion operation。 In this paper, the Si
emens S7—200 cpu226 AC/DC/RLY module, coupled with the EM2
31 analog input expansion module, and supplemented by tunnel
CO/VI detector is and ultrasonic level meter, one-way jet
fan and German wilo pumps and other components, successfully realize the
of tunnel ventilation and drainage of automatic and manua
l control. Even the fire storm or other special circumstances, the
system can also ease after operation after commissioning.
