前言
本规是根据中石化<1998> 建标字159号文的通知,由集团对《炼油厂塔
器设计技术规定》SYJ1049-83进行修订而成。
本规共分六章和三个附录,修订的主要容如下:

1 增加设计基础<设计压力、设计温度、腐蚀裕量和设计载荷等>的容:
2 对塔体与裙座材料的容予以修改和补充;
3 增加塔的风载荷和地震载荷计算若干问题的说明;
4 补充了塔的结构设计和制造检验等容。
在修订的过程中,针对原规中存在的问题,进行了广泛的调查研究,总结了近年来
石油化工塔
器设计的实践经验,并征求了有关设计、施工、生产等方面的意见,对其中的主要
问题进行了多次认
真的讨论,最后经审查定稿。
本规在实施过程中,如发现需要修改或补充之处,请将意见和有关资料提供我院,
以便今后修
订时参考。
