摘要
我国北方冬季要供暖,为了节约能源,大多数地区已通过热网集中供热。但是热能
作为一种商品来出售,当然要收费了。可是目前因为居民家里还没安装热量表,只好按
建筑面积收费。但是按建筑面积收供热费显然是不合理的,应该按照用户实际用的热能
来计算。热量表,是计算热量的仪表。热量表的工作原理:将一对温度传感器分别安装
在通过载热流体的上行管和下行管上,流量计安装在流体入口或回流管上。流量计发出
与流量成正比的脉冲信号,一对温度传感器给出表示温度高低的模拟信号,而积算仪采
集来自流量和温度传感器的信号,利用积算公式算出热交换系统获得的热量。一个完整
的热量表由三个部分组成:流量传感器,用以测量流经热交换系统的热水流量;温度传感
器,分别测量供暖进水和同水温度;计算显示器,根据与其相连的流量传感器和温度传
感器提供的流量和温度数据,通过热量公式计算出用户从热交换系统获得的热量。本文
主要用到 51 系列的单片机,流量传感器采用超声波流量计,温度采集使用如今市面上使
用普遍的 DS18B20,便携式的多点键盘。

Abstract
Winter in the northern China to heating, in order to save energy, most areas already through the
network of central heating. But heat as a commodity to sell, of course, want to charge. But at present
because families haven't install thermal scale, had to press construction area of charges. But according
to the construction area of the heating fee is clearly unreasonable, should according to actual use of heat
energy users to calculate. Hot scale, is a calculation of heat meter. Heat meter principle of work: will a
temperature sensor separately installs in through the heat transfer fluid on the pays and pays under, flow
meter installed in fluid entrance or backflow tubes. Flowmeter issued and flow proportional to the pulse
signal, a temperature sensor gives said the analog signal temperature, and integrated calculate
instrument collection from flow and temperature sensor signal, using the product formula is calculated
for heat exchanging system of heat. A complete hot scale consists of three parts: flow sensor to measure
the heat exchange system through the hot water flow; The temperature sensor, were measured with
water temperature and heating water; Calculation display, according to connected to it flow sensor and
temperature sensor provide flow and temperature data, through the heat calculation of heat exchanging
system users from heat gain. This paper mainly used 51 series of single chip microcomputer, flow
sensor using ultrasonic flowmeter, temperature gathering use on market now use common DS18B20,
portable more keyboard.
