高速走丝气中电火花线切割精加工编程设计
摘 要
最近几年来,随着模具的飞速发展,对模具加工表面质量要求不断提高,电火花线切
割表面加工技术因此备受关注。这就要求电火花线切割要提高加工面的机械性能,降低表
面粗糙度,从而达到提高模具使用寿命的目的。
本文介绍电火花线切割加工的加工原理以及工作介质的应用。对传统电火花线切割加
工基本原理和基本规律进行了探索和介绍。叙述了电火花线切割新方法的发展,它在合适
条件下加工可提高加工精度。在高速走丝电火花线切割中由于加工反作用力是微小的,线
电极振动也小。另外,因在一定条件下放电间隙也可以比传统电火花线切割窄,所以试件
腐蚀也可以较小。高精度的精加工在高速走丝电火花线切割中可以实现。
本文介绍了电火花线切割加工过程中发生的现象和相关的解释并结合 Mastercam X2
软件对线切割实例进行编程设计。

Programming design of Mechanism of High-Speed Wire Electrical
Discharge Finishing
Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of the mold, the WEDM surface processing
technology cause so much attention because of the mold surface quality requires continuous
improvement. This requires improving mechanical properties of WEDM machining surface, and
reducing the surface roughness, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the mold life.
This article describes the application of the WEDM processing principle and media.
Explores and introduces traditional EDM wire cutting basic principles and laws. Describes the
development of the WEDM new method, it can improve the precision under the proper
environment. Since the processing reaction force is small in the Wire Electrical Discharge
Finishing, wire electrode vibration. In addition, the discharge gap under certain conditions is
narrower than traditional EDM wire cutting, so the specimen corrosion can also be smaller.
High-precision finishing can be achieved in the high-speed WEDM.
This article describes WEDM phenomenon occurred in the processing and interpretation of
wire cut instance of programming design combined with Mastercam X2 software.
