摘 要
本文着重阐述了商场商品信息查询系统的整体开发过程。商场商品查询系统完成
商场商品信息的网上查询的功能,可以方便大家在网上浏览各大商场的商品。本文介
绍了系统的开发环境以及开发工具,对于设计思想和设计流程也做出了全面的叙述,
在数据库创建思想以及各个数据表之间的具体关联等方面也做出了详细说明,并且具
体剖析了系统各个功能的实现过程以及详细设计过程,在绘制简单系统功能模块图的
同时,力求更加清晰地表明设计思想以及对整个程序设计的规划及具体实现。
根据实际需求,商场商品信息查询系统采用模块化的设计思想,在 WindowsXP
操作系统环境下,搭建 ASP 运行环境 IIS5.0,通过使用 VBScript 脚本语言完成动态
的、交互的 web 服务器应用程序,实现网上商品查询的主要功能,包括用户在前台对
商品的浏览、查询等功能,管理员在后台进行的商品管理、分类管理、信息管理和常
规设置等功能。
本系统最具特色的部分:首先,实现了各商场商品信息的综合分类管理,用户可
以查询所有商场的商品信息,也可以查询某个商场的商品信息,其次,管理员后台功
能细致入微,特别是对商品的类别管理的实现,使得本系统更加具有商业价值,适应
电子商务类系统的开发需求。

电子商务的定义及分类
所谓电子商务( Electric Commerce),就是指人们利用电子手段进行商业贸易等商
务活动,是商务活动的电子化。它包括狭义的电子商务定义和广义的电子商务定义两部
分。狭义的EC( Electric Commerce) 是指人们利用电子手段进行以商品交换为中心的
各种商务活动,即公司、厂家、商业企业、工业企业与消费者个人双方或多方通过计算
机网络,主要是通过因特网进行的商务活动。广义的EB( Electric Business) 是指各行
各业中的各种业务的电子化,又可称为电子业务,包括电子商务、电子政务、电子军务
电子医务、电子教务、电子公务、电子事务和电子家务等。
就现存于互联网上的“电子商务”而言,基本上可以分为两大类:
(1)B to B
这是指企业与企业( Business to Business) 之间的电子交易系统。
企业与企业相互之间,利用网络及计算机技术直接进行企业之间的商品交易系统,
目前以达到快速可靠的商业运行模式。例如:银行之间的金融交易制度。
(2)B to C
这是指企业对顾客( Business to Consumer) 之间的电子交易机制。
顾客利用互联网,直接从网络上直接进行商品的交易。例如:通过互联网进行一般
商品的采购,或是使用网络进行与银行间的金融理财等 。
电子商务与传统交易的差异
在传统的交易过程中,通常由“买”和“卖”两方面组成,虽然是简单的两方面,但是整
个交易过程中有很多手续。举例来说:某公司机遇市场的需求开发出一个新产品,首先
需要教授业务人员了解新产品的功能及市场的趋向,然后由业务人员销售给顾客,进而
赚取利润。对于顾客来说,在购买之前需要自行搜集、寻找相关产品的信息,在经过分
析、对比后,在进行购买。在整个过程中,需要大量的人力进行参与,这就在无形中增
加了费用支出。
而在电子商务交易过程中,用户只需通过互联网和计算机,就可以轻松得到所需商
品的详细信息,并且可以查询到相关产品的信息,轻松比较选择的同时,只需填写相关
