摘要
为克服数字水准仪室外检校的局限性,实现室内快速精确检校。基于数字水准仪的测量原理,采用
室外模拟法和室内外比对法,建立专用光管室内数字水准仪检定装置,提出了的数字水准仪室内快
速检校电子 i 角和补偿误差的方法,探讨了根据测量读数异常和仪器指示检验电荷耦合器件位移变
化的方法。实践证明,室内方法克服了室外检校方法的局限性,成本低、效率高、实用性强,检校
结果更加稳定、可靠。因此,快速判断和评估数字水准仪的性能,同时保证检校精度和效率,对于
仪器使用者和检定机构而言,有较好的参考应用价值。
Abstract
In order to overcome the limitations of outdoor calibration method of digital levels
and realize the indoor calibration rapidly and accurately, we first use the
measurement principle of digital level and adopt the outdoor simulation method and
the comparison method to build a special indoor collimator device to calibrate digital
levels, then put forward the indoor rapid method of calibration electronic i angle and
compensator error, and finally discuss the method to verify displacement changes of
CCD(charge coupled device) according to reading exceptions and instrument
instructions. Experiment shows that the indoor calibration method overcomes the
limitations of the outdoor method and it is of lower cost, higher efficiency and better
practicability. Its calibration results are more stable and reliable and this method
has higher reference and application value.

与其高灵敏度光学机械装置和高精度的传感器装置息息相关,这些装置的损坏或失准,将直接影响
数字水准仪的使用精度。目前,国内数字水准仪的生产正在起步,研究数字水准仪的原理和光、机、
电结构,构建室内检校专用装置,探索快速检校方法代替室外方法,免去室外需要配套条码尺、固
定场地和环境等要求,提升检校精度和效率,对数字水准仪的普及发展和保障高精度水准测量结果
具有重要意义。
