摘要
创新 思维 是科 研创 新的 源头 ,加 强研 究生 创新 思维 ,对 培养 “新工科 ”创新性人才具有重要的意义。
为此,提出一种融合思政教育的“新工科”研究生创新思维培养模式,以思政教育为驱动源泉,以团
队分享为研究基础,以学科竞赛为实践手段,以科研项目为创新依托,有效激发了研究生的创新内
驱力和创新思维。将思政教育融入研究生日常培养中,树立学生的自主创新信念,并成为后续的创
新驱 动源泉。基于对现有文献的分 享研 讨、 学科竞赛和科研项目实践 锻炼 及逻 辑思 维训练等方法,
拓宽了学生的视野和知识背景,显著促进了学生创新思维发展。
Abstract
Innovative thinking is the source of scientific research innovation,strengthening
graduate students' innovative thinking is of great significance to cultivate innovative
talents of "new engineering". Therefore, put forward a training mode of innovative
thinking of "new engineering" postgraduates integrating ideological and political
education, which takes ideological and political education as the driving source,
team sharing as the research basis, discipline competition as the practical means
and scientific research projects as the innovation support, which effectively
stimulates the innovation internal drive and innovative thinking of postgraduates.
Integrate ideological and political education into the daily training of
postgraduates, establish students' belief in independent innovation, and become
the driving source of follow-up innovation. Based on the sharing and discussion of
existing literatures, the practical training of discipline competitions and scientific
research projects and the training of logical thinking, it broadens students' vision
and knowledge background, and significantly promotes the development of
students' innovative thinking.
