摘 要
近十年以来,科学技术迅猛发展,在 1999 年宽带网络才刚刚在世界上盛行,短短
十几年来,网络、计算机、数字化媒体已经使我们的世界发生了天翻地覆的变化。它影
响着人们的生活、工作、学习,与科技发生着千丝万缕的联系。计算机在商业企业管理
中的应用普及也影响着各行各业。计算机的应用不仅影响着商业企业,对个人的改变来
说也尤为突出。
随着社会经济的不断发展,各种交通工具给我们的生活提供了前所未有的出行便利。
各种交通工具之中乘坐飞机的消费者也是越来越多,随着人们生活水平的不断提高外出
办事、商务洽谈、休闲旅游等等也生成了人们生活中不可缺少的一部分了。为了提高出
行效率、节约时间那么大多数人还是会选择乘坐飞机,那么飞机票的预定查询系统在当
下也就显得十分的重要了。当下,我国一些旅行社和酒店还有一少部分处于人工处理订
票信息的阶段,因此开发一套通过现代化、科学化、信息化的具有完整的存储,查询,
核对,打印机票功能的实时机票预定系统势在必行。
本系统是为机场工作人员和客户提供订票退票等与机票相关内容和管理的系统,它
不仅仅拥有良好的人机交互界面,而且还具有开放体系结构、易扩充、易维护等诸多特
点。除了在克服了存储乘客信息少,查询效率低下等问题外还具有安全性,可靠性,实
现航空公司的机票销售的自动化。在为企业提供良好、精准的决策信息的同时,更为乘
客提供了更大的订票服务。便于机场工作人员对机票信息进行管理,提高了机场工作人
员对机票管理的工作效率。
本系统希望能够通开发一款关于时机票预定系统的管理系统,通过科学的方法推动
企业信息管理的科学化,规范化。本系统的开发,采用 B/S 架构模式的设计,运用 jsp
技术进行开发,利用 mysql 数据库进行数据管理。在信息的管理方面,有着独特的设计
方法,实现了销售管理操作的智能化、科学化。

ABSTRACT
Nearly a decade since the rapid development of science and technology, broadband
network in 1999 is only popular in the world, just a dozen years, network, computer, digital
media has changed our world. It affects people's life, work, study, and technology. The
application of computer in commercial enterprise management also affects all walks of life.
The application of computer not only affects the commercial enterprise, but also the
individual change is particularly outstanding.
With the development of social economy, all kinds of transportation have provided us
with unprecedented mobility. All sorts of transport by air is also more and more consumers,
as people living standard improving errands, business meetings, leisure tourism, and so on
also generates an indispensable part of people's life. In order to improve travel efficiency and
save time, most people still choose to fly, so the booking system of air tickets is very
important in the present. At present, some travel agencies and hotels in China and a few in the
stage of manual booking information, so developing a by modern, scientific,
informationization with complete storage, query, check and print the ticket function real-time
ticket reservation system is imperative.
This system is for the airport staff and customers booking ticket ticket related content and
management system, it not only has good man-machine interface, but also with open
architecture, easy expansion, easy maintenance, and many other features. In addition to
overcoming the problem of little information about the storage of passengers and low query
efficiency, it also has the security and reliability to realize the automation of airline ticket
sales. While providing good and accurate decision-making information for enterprises, more
passengers are provided with a larger booking service. It is convenient for airport staff to
manage air ticket information and improve the efficiency of air ticket management by airport
staff.
The system hopes to develop a management system for the flight reservation system,
which will promote the scientific and standardized management of enterprise information
through scientific methods. The development of this system adopts the design of B/S
architectural pattern, and USES JSP technology for development, and USES mysql database
for data management. In the aspect of information management, there is a unique design
method, which realizes the intelligent and scientific operation of sales management.
