物业管理信息系统设计
摘要: 经济的迅速发展直接提高了我国公众的生活水准,现代化小区当前已遍布国
内的每一座城市。业主对小区管理标准的提升,让物业管理工作就此更加繁杂。因此完
全有必要通过小区物业管理信息系统来把小区信息化管理工作实现。
小区物业管理系统当前极为流行,其和业主工作、生活之间联系紧密。能使业主、
物业管理人员将生活方面的部分问题、琐事迅速有效处理完成。日益扩大的小区规模同
样加重了物业管理人员的业务量。传统的数据管理人工统计技术保密性差、工作效率低,
文件与数据信息等的查找、维护、更新等方面难度会随着时间积累面不断加大。
科学技术发展势头迅猛现实,全面助力着计算机科技的不断发展,日益融入公众生活的
计算机技术不但全面改变了现实生活,而且已经成为公众日常生活的必备。计算机管理
企业数据信息只不过是计算机应用领域内的一小部分,其和传统的人工管理相比,优势
具有天壤之别。工作效率会因为有了计算机管理而成几何倍数提升,企业管理也前所未
有的信息化、科学化。所以,对于现代小区管理来说,有必要把小区物业管理系统开发
出来。以此来让小区生活管理与业主的现实需要更贴近。
系统包括业主登录、管理员登录 2 部分,登录者身份不同,其管理权限也不一样。
业主只能查询,而管理员则可以增删改查各个部分。业主部分主要包括报修信息管理,
缴欠费信息查询,房屋信息查询以及业主信息查询这 4 个模块;管理员部分主要包括用
户权限管理,报修信息管理,缴欠费信息管理,房屋信息管理以及业主信息管理 5 个模
块。
操作便利、结构简单、页面优美的本系统,主要运用了 SpringBoot,vue 等技术,
以 Eclipse 为研发参照。

Abstract: The rapid development of the economy has directly improved the living
standards of the public in China. The modern community has now spread throughout every
city in China. The improvement of the community management standards by the owners has
made the property management work more complicated. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary
to implement the community information management work through the residential property
management information system.
The residential property management system is extremely popular at present, and it is
closely related to the work and life of the owners. It enables the owners and property
management personnel to quickly and effectively complete some of the problems and trivial
matters in life. The growing community size has also increased the volume of property
management personnel. Traditional data management manual statistical techniques have poor
confidentiality, low work efficiency, and the difficulty in finding, maintaining, and updating
files and data information will increase over time.
The rapid development of science and technology has fully promoted the continuous
development of computer technology. The computer technology that is increasingly integrated
into the public life has not only changed the real life in an all-round way, but has become a
must for the daily life of the public. Computer management of enterprise data information is
only a small part of the computer application field, and its advantages are quite different from
traditional manual management. The efficiency of work will be improved by the computer
management, and the enterprise management is also unprecedented in information and
scientific. Therefore, for modern community management, it is necessary to develop a
residential property management system. In this way, the community life management and the
real needs of the owners are closer.
The system includes two parts: the owner login and the administrator login. The
registrant has different identities and the management rights are different. The owner can only
query, and the administrator can add and delete each part. The owner part mainly includes
four modules: repair information management, payment of arrears information inquiry,
housing information inquiry and owner information inquiry. The administrator part mainly

includes user authority management, repair information management, payment of arrears
information management, house information management and owners. Information
management 5 modules.
The system is convenient to operate, simple in structure, and beautiful in page. It mainly
uses SpringBoot, vue and other technologies, and uses Eclipse as a reference for research and
development.
