DESCRIPTION
This C#.NET Windows application demonstrates how to pass a Date Range value to a parameter in a subreport (using the Main Report Parameter Field Definitions collection). The Main Report Parameter Field Definition contains the subreports parameters as well as the main reports parameters.

Do not pass Parameter values to the Subreports using the Subreport Parameter Field Definitions collection or you will be prompted with the Crystal Report Parameter Dialog.

INSTALLATION
1. After having extracted this file to the default installation folder, C:\Crystal\crnet\csharp_win_paramsub, open the Visual Studio .NET IDE.
2. From the File menu, select 'Open'| 'Project' and browse to where you extracted the sample and select csharp_win_paramsub.sln. Click on the 'Open' button to load the project.
3. From the Build menu, select 'Build Solution' to compile the application.
4. From the Debug menu, select 'Start Without Debugging' to run the application.
A report now appears with the specified parameter values passed in at runtime.

ADDITIONAL INFO
The report in the sample uses the Xtreme Sample Database ODBC DSN. Xtreme Sample Database is created by default when installing Crystal Reports 8.5 and lower or Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2002.
If the Xtreme Sample Database DSN has not been installed please refer to the "CSharp Windows Sample Descriptions" document.
