Speed Dome Communication Protocol 球机传输协议
1.1 General 综述
The speed dome communication protocol is a simple asynchronous one-way protocol, designed
for dome control. The protocol is used as interface between the host, no mater it is keyboard or PC,
and the speed dome via RS-485 by all of our speed dome products.
球机的传输协议是一种简单的异步单项传输的协议,用以控制球机。 协议使得各终端相连,
无论是键盘还是 PC 甚至球机,都是通过 RS485 协议传输信息。
1.2 Communication Parameters 传输参数
The communication parameters of the protocol are defined as Figure 0.

Header Byte: Always ASCII STX (02 Hex)
标题字节:通常是 ASCII STX(02HEX)
Address Byte: Dome station address should be between 1-254. 255 (FF Hex) is a
broadcast address, which means all the dome connected to the same bus will act according to
the same command.
地址字节:球机地址应该是介于 1-254 之间,255(FF HEX) 是广播地址,一位着所
有的球机都会根据同一的命令做一个统一的动作。
Command Byte: Dome station control command. Figure 2 shows all the commands. ]

Data Bytes: Depending on the command there will be one or 2 data bytes, some special
command will have more bytes. See figure 2.
数据字节:决定于命令中是否单个或者 2 个数据的字节,有些特殊的命令会有更多的字
节,见 FIGURE 2
Checksum Bytes: A simple Total Sum of all the previous bytes including STX mode by
256.
检验[校验]和:是一个把之前字节数据的总和,包括 256 的 STX 模式
1.4 Commands Figure 2 shows all the commands and description of Data 1 and Data 2.
