Summary of “ The Bloodiest Day in History”
On September 11, it was the bloodiest day on American soil since
civil war. The World Trade Center in New York was ruined in the
horrible raid, and many people were killed or hurtled or absconding. Two
airplane ripped the World Trade Center in turn.
The first aircraft was Boeing 767, it hit the World Trade Center’s
north Tower at 8:45 am. But people didn’t realize that it was intentional
but a sonic boom or a construction accident, at worst a horrible airline
accident before the second plane impaled the south Tower of the building
at about 9:05 am. The subsequently explosion and fire ruined many
people’s dream of been rescued. And so many people was killed or
hurtled or absconding. Some people in the building were burnt from head
to toe. Many people couldn’t fled away by stairs or elevators.
The two airplanes were all took off from Boston and left for Los
Angeles, and the first airplane has 81 passengers. The fairs shocked the
people who discerned all these, and many other big cities such as Chicago
and Washington were evacuated, traffic stopped, the bridges and tunnels
were shut down, airport were closed, and the whole country was
grounded for the first time in history.
