JEAN-PHILIPPE ROUBES APPOINTED DIRECTOR FOR
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND DEALER NETWORK
DEVELOPMENT AT GROUPE RENAULT UK
Groupe Renault UK has appointed Jean-Philippe Roubes as Customer Experience and Dealer Network
Development Director.
Jean-Philippe joins the business from Renault Retail Group (RRG) in France. Prior to joining RRG Roubes
spent 13 years working for Groupe Renault, where he developed a high level of experience and held a variety
of positions that were focused on sales and marketing. Jean-Philippe specialised in network strategy and
profitability, as well as focusing on customer satisfaction.
Jean-Philippe replaces Mark Crockett who has worked at Renault in the UK and in France for the past 25
years. Mark will take up a new opportunity outside of Groupe Renault.
Discussing his new role at Groupe Renault UK, Jean-Philippe said: “This is an exciting new position for me
personally and I can’t wait to start working here in the UK. I’m looking forward to working with the rest of the
team to ensure we repeat last year’s success in 2019 and that we continue to meet the objectives of the Drive
The Future Mid-Term Plan.”
Vincent Tourette, Managing Director of Groupe Renault UK, added: “Jean-Philippe will be a strong addition to
the Board of Renault UK and we welcome him to the team. He has a strong track record in customer
experience and I’m looking forward to developing this area of our business with the input of his expertise.
Mark will be missed by many and I would like to thank him personally for his contribution and support during
my time here in the UK.”
Groupe Renault sold 102,096 vehicles in the UK in 2018 and, with its Renault, Dacia, Renault Pro+
Commercial Vehicles and Alpine brands, and held a 3.65 per cent share of the UK new passenger car market.
