I n t h e t e c h n o l o g y o f u l t r a s o n i c d i s t a n c e m e a s u r e m e n t, n o r m a l l y i n f l u e n c e d b y t h e
temperature and the detection error of time of flight time,with the result that the precision of
distance measurement is not so high. Therefore, in order to enhance the measuring accuracy of
t h e u l t r a s o n i c d i s t a n c e m e a s u r e m e n t d e v i c e, t h i s p a p e r h a s m a d e t h e i m p r o v e m e n t i n t h e

compensation.At the same time,according to the transmission characteristic of the returned
