三乙肢离子液体用于催化衣康酸醋化反应研究

摘
要:制备了多种
Brønsted
酸性离子液体,分别将其作为催化剂用于衣康酸酶化反应,考察其催化性能与结构的关
系.筛选对比表明三乙胶类离子液体具有较好的催化性能及重复使用性,由
FT-IR
、
m
仅对其进行了表征测定。以离

为催化剂合成衣康酸二正丁酶,在重复使用

次后催化所得酸转化率为
96.5%
。优化工艺条
件下得酸转化率为

为催化剂合成衣康酸二异辛酶,在重复使
用

次后催化所得酸转化率为
95.2%
。优化工艺条件下得酸转化率为

were synthesized,
and
using these prepared ILs
as

ysts, the itaconic acid esterifications were investigated.
The
results show tha
t,
among those various kinds
of
ILs

have
the highest cat

ytic activity
and
reused-life,
and
then they
were
characterized by FT-IR
and
NM
R.
Using
the
prepared acid ionic Iiquid

S03-pTEA

TSA

the
synthesis
of
the dibutyl itaconate (DBIA),
and
under the optimized synthesis conditions, the itaconic acid
conversion
of
98.8%
and
the DBIA ester yield
of
96.7% can
be
reached, respectively. Moreover, the catalyst
[HS0

-pTEA
]p
TSA
is
immiscible with the product
and
can
be
reused
for
7 times without
any
dispos
a1;
during

reutilizations

前言
衣康酸
(ita
∞
nic
acid)
又名亚甲基丁二酸、亚甲基玻南酸或分解乌头酸,是一种重要的化工原料,广
泛用于生产高分子材料、表面活性剂、无毒包装材料、农药及涂料等方面。由于其分子中存在一个不饱
和双键和两个活泼的援基,使其能够发生很多化学反应,其中尤其重要的是衣康酸的醋化反应
