强迫对流条件下管内测温准确性分析

摘要:本文通过数值计算,全面分析了冻结管内空气在强迫对流条件下,热电偶测点位于空
管内中心、两侧边,以及与管内壁接触,三种不同情况下,所测温度反映空管外壁温度(即
冻结壁温度)准确性情况。并得出了只有当测点贴壁情况下测温才最精确,在其他两种情况
下,测温平均误差基本随流速线性增加的结论。为今后冻结斜井施工过程中,向切断的冻结
空管内放入测温杆来全面监测管外冻结壁温度变化提供了理论依据。且为一些需要通过管内
测温来反映管外壁温度的场合提供了测温依据,具有广泛的工程应用价值。

The analysis of Temperature Measuring Accuracy in hollow
frozen pipe under forced convection condition

Abstract: In this paper, the temperature measuring accuracy under three different kinds of conditions
that the thermal couple temperature measuring point at the centre, the side of hollow pipe and cling to
the pipe’s inner wall and under the conditions that the air in pipe is under forced convenction condition
have been analysesed using the numerical simulation method.Then it come to a conclusion that the total
error of temperature measuring is small only the temperature measuring point cling to the pipe's inner
wall and at the other two conditions the average error of temperature measuring become linear growth
with the airflow velocity increase.Therefore, it present a theory basis of freezing wall surveying that
through the method of putting a temperature measuring rod in a hollow frozen pipe during the
excavation of inclined shaft freezing construction.What's more, it also offer a temperature measuring
way in some project when it can't bury the temperature measuring point in advance. In general, this
conclusion has a high engineering value.

0 引言
斜井开拓与立井开拓相比,具有投资省、出煤快、效率高、成本低、产量高等优点。目
前国内外大型矿井趋向采用斜井开拓或斜井-立井联合开拓的方式

。而在西部地区采用斜
井开拓时,经常遇到含水白垩系基岩地层,采用注浆法施工效果很不理想,采用斜井冻结施
工法往往是唯一的选择。由于技术原因,斜井冻结必须采用垂直钻孔的形式,而在井筒掘进
过程中,必然切断冻结管,从而失去冷量供应,冻结壁进入解冻阶段,何时解冻以及解冻速
率大小是目前关心的问题。而目前唯一能够全面测量此阶段冻结壁变化的方法,就是把做好
的测温杆放入掘进时切断的冻结空管内进行测量。文献

讨论了当冻结管两端封死情况下,
管内空气为自然对流时的测温准确性,而在实际的长距离斜井冻结工程中,有些被切断的冻
结管很长(达 150m),无法将两端封死,或由于现场条件限制,无法进行封管,故需研究
在此情况下,在管内临时放入杆测温是否能准确反映管外壁温度(即冻结壁温度)。
