Abstract
Along with the rapid development of communication business and continued enlargement of
the scale of the network, energy consumption is increasing. The traditional algorithm or
strategy can’t be applied to control the network nodes that are expanded. The immunization
algorithm is from the theory of complex system. The algorithm is highly feasible based on
scale-free network model to large-scale system. This paper proposes the immunization
strategy of complex systems including random immunization and targeted immunization to
solve energy consumption issues, and we select the traffic as the judgment to save energy
through node immunization. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed
strategy. This paper provides another possibility to realize energy-saving on transport
networks.
