摘要
利用白沙滩泵站混流泵叶片角度可调的优势结合泵站内外水位资料和不同运行期规定的提水量以机组总
耗电量最小为目标函数建立了以叶片角度为决策变量的机组运行优化调度模型运用一维离散型动态规划算法
求解得到各运行期泵站的开机台数水泵叶片安放角单台泵流量等与按该站水泵设计角 运行相比泵站采
用该优化方案年均可节省电能 万 kW h节省电费 万元节约率约为 可见该方案节能效果显
著能有效降低泵站运行成本

Optimization for operation of pump units with adjustable
blades of Baishatan Pumping Station

Abstract Considering that the blade angle of the mixedflow pump of the Baishatan Pumping Station can be trans
ferred combined with the pumping water level inside and outside and flow stated in different operating periods a
scheduling model for units optimal running is built up to minimize the total power consumed by units in which
blade angle is the decisionmaking variableOnedimensional discrete dynamic programming is used to solve the
optimization problem and it figures out how many units need to start which angle should the blade be placed in as
well as the flow of a single pumpCompared with pumping operating with blade placed in degree pumping sta
tion running in accordance with the optimal operation program can evenly save annual energy by
kW hAnd average energy charge can also be saved by yuan and saving rate is about It is shown
that the optimal program has a significant effect on saving energy so the cost of pumping operation can be reduced
effectively

白沙滩泵站位于吉林省白城市境内的嫩江边
上是吉林省引嫩入白枢纽工程的渠首工程主要为
白沙滩灌区和白城市工业及生活用水提供水源目
前已正式投入使用
该站装机 kW主水泵为 HLQ
型立式全调节混流泵叶片安放角为 叶
片角度可调为该站优化运行提供了有利条件改变
叶片安放角可使主水泵能在较宽的范围内适应该站
扬程和流量的变化且能保持较高的效率和较好的运
行状态该站设计年运行时间 h年均运行费高
