A. Introduction
===============
This is the R9.2 M3 product release, the third maintenance release of 9.2 driver.
It has been put through our full system tests and is suitable for deployment to end-users.
DisplayLink Software Release 9.2 delivers:
- Windows 10 postponed installation: when installing the SETUP.EXE, driver
will be updated straight away if no DisplayLink product is detected, or at
the next machine reboot if a device is detected. MSI was delivered in 9.1.

- Windows 10 postponed installation improvement: now uses service rather than
task scheduler for wider compatibility in corporate deployments.
- Improvements on Display layout provisioning for hotdesking/hoteling offices
to allow crowd/IT-defined first-connect display relative positions.

The DL-3xxx, DL-4xxx (where applicable) and DL-5xxx plus the
associated software, is tested to meet the following compliances at the time
of release:
- USB 2.0 protocol
- DisplayPort (source 1.2)
- DisplayPort ++
- HDCP 1.x over DP
- HDCP 1.x over HDMI
- HDCP 1.x over DVI
- HDMI (source 1.4)
The DL-6xxx plus the associated software, is tested to meet the following
compliances at the time of release:
