摘 要
太阳能是资源最丰富的可再生能源,具有独特的优势和巨大的开发利用潜力,进入
2l世纪以来,世界太阳能光伏发电产业快速发展,我国光伏产业在国家大型工程项目、
推广计划和国际合作项目的推动下,以前所未有的速度迅速发展。为了满足我国太阳电
池组件生产企业对设备的要求,在各种电气及机械设备法规的规定下,结合当今太阳电
池组件层压机的发展状况,考虑到经济实用问题,对半自动太阳电池组件层压机进行设
计,在设备未投产前力求更加真实的模拟机器的工作情况,减少生产成本和时间。在确
定太阳电池组件层压机总体结构和功能要求的基础上,利用逆向设计思路、SolidWorks
三维造型对层压机进行模型设计,对各种零件进行模拟装配及运动分析,检查机械各构
件运动是否发生干涉;再运用SolidWorks内自带的COSMOSWorks模块进行有限元分析,
对传动机构进行力学计算。通过模仿真实环境下的工作发现并改正设计上的问题,最终
完成太阳电池组件层压机的设计与制造。

Abstract
Solar energy is the most abundant renewable resources of energy, has unique advantages
and great potential for the development and utilization into the 2l century, the world's solar
photovoltaic industry, the rapid development of photovoltaic industry in the state of
large-scale projects, promotional programs and international cooperation Under the impetus
of the project, the rapid development of an unprecedented rate. In order to meet our solar
module production business requirements of the equipment, electrical and mechanical
equipment in a variety of regulations, the combination of today's solar module laminating
machine development, taking into account economic and practical problems, the solar group
of semi-automatic laminating machine parts design, the device is not put into a more realistic
simulation of the former sought to work the machine, reducing production costs and time. In
determining the overall structure of solar module laminator and functional requirements,
based on the idea of using reverse design, SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling of the
lamination machine model design, simulation of various parts assembly and motion analysis,
check the mechanical movement of each component whether the interference; then use the
built-in SolidWorks COSMOSWorks finite element analysis module, the mechanics of the
