摘 要
由于现代企业的诸多环境因素,企业在处理与外部客户的关系
时,越来越感觉到没有信息技术支持的客户管理力不从心,网上客
户管理系统应运而生。客户管理系统对企业业务流程的重组整合用
户信息资源,以便有效的方法来管理客户关系,在企业内部实现信
息和资源的共享。客户管理系统在系统设计上以帮助企业的主管人
事管理的部门提高工作效率,实现企业客户的信息管理以及管理的
系统化、规范化和自动化为最终目的。因此,利用网络管理,使企
业在提高效率、拓展市场和保留客户三方面大大改进,对于提升竞
争的优势,有着重大的意义。
本文介绍了客户管理系统的实现方法。目的在于让大家共享学
习和运用这一语言的体会和收获。本系统是 Internet/Intranet 环
境下面向电子商务的客户管理,通过企业管理技术、电子商务和信
息技术的高度集成,讨论了客户管理系统的系统构架、系统的工作
方式和数据库设 计意义。通过数 据库、数据源、 ASP 代码,进行对
客户管理系统的实现,并对客户管理系统的发展进行展望。帮助企
业在全球经济一体化的激烈市场竞争环境中,建立以市场、客户为
中心的管理体系,有效管理企业与客户之间的关系,提高客户忠诚
度,实现客户价值的最大化。从而提高企业的核心竞争力。

As a result of modern enterprise's many environmental factor, enterprise

management to lack the ability to do what one would like, on the net the
