ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to clarify the background and motivation for the
development of a shared study room management system. With the intensification of social
competition and the popularization of the concept of lifelong learning, people's demand for an
efficient and convenient learning environment is increasing, and environmental pressure and
resource constraints are increasing to meet learners' needs for efficient and convenient
learning space. With the change of education mode and the diversification of personal
learning habits, the traditional self-study room management method can no longer meet the
fast-paced and personalized needs of modern society.
In the system, we have implemented a number of core functions, including online
reservation, real-time seat status monitoring, user authentication, product settlement, and data
analysis. Through the online reservation function, users can book study room seats in advance
according to their study plans, avoiding the inconvenience of waiting in line on site. Real-time
seat status monitoring allows users to know the availability of the study room at a glance and
make more reasonable choices. User authentication ensures the security of the system and
prevents misuse of resources. The product settlement function is carried out in the form of
points, simplifying the payment process and improving the transparency and convenience of
transactions. The data analysis module provides decision-making support for study room
managers and helps to optimize resource allocation and service strategies.
The system makes full use of mobile application technology to develop a mobile
