4. Are users presented with a plan for testing, and
do they “approve” (i.e., agree) that if that plan
is followed, they will consider testing to be
satisfactory?
5. Are the user support activities (such as data entry,
output usage, terminal usage, manual usage,
and so forth) validated as part of testing?
