摘 要
本次毕业设计采用了基于结构理论的分析设计方法,详细的描述了要制作一个符合要的
车辆违规收费管理系统的设计思路、制作流程以及用到的一些比较核心的开发技术。
本论文首先是编写项目的摘要部分,然后就项目的课题背景,意义等进行介绍。接下来
对系统开发中用到的开发工具进行介绍,最后是对国内外的研究现状进行了描述。第二章是
对可行性分析进行描述,包括技术的可行性,经济的可行性,社会的可行性,第二章最后进
行了总体设计原则的描述。第三章是系统的分析部分,主要是根据需求对系统进行分析,确
定系统的业务流程,并画出业务流程图,然后对系统功能的数据流进行分析,设计出数据流
图。第四章是系统的设计部分。包括系统的功能设计和数据库设计。功能设计就是罗列出系
统的功能,并对功能的实现进行描述。数据库设计是根据数据库设计的各种约束条件进行设
计,设计出符合要求的数据库。必须满足各种范式。第五章是系统的实现部分,在在这一章,
主要是描述的各个功能模块的实现情况,包括页面的布局,页面的功能情况以及功能模块是
如何实现的。第六章是软件测试部分,这一章主要是根据前面实现的功能模块,对系统的功
能进行详细的测试,包括黑盒测试,级联测试,白盒测试等等,通过测试发现问题,然后进
行改正,使系统可以流畅的运行。最后是在这次毕业设计中,我得到的结论,以及对帮助过
的我老师和同学的感谢。
根据与老师沟通以及自己的学习情况我决定选用 jsp+mysql 作为本次设计的开发语言和
数据库,本次设计是 B/S 结构的,设计完成以后,保证可以正常的使用。

Abstract
The graduation design using the analysis design method based on structure theory and detailed
described to only do a meet to multimedia technology and application course website design,
production processes and the use of some core technology development.
The first part of this paper is to prepare the summary of the project, and then on the project
background, significance, etc.. Next, we introduce the development tools used in the system
development. At last, we describe the research status at home and abroad. The second chapter is the
description of the feasibility analysis, including the technical feasibility, economic feasibility, social
feasibility, the second chapter finally carried out the overall design of the principle of description.
The third chapter is the analysis part of the system, mainly according to the demand analysis of the
system determined the business process of the system, and draw the business flow charts, then the
functions of the system data flow analysis, data flow diagram. The fourth chapter is the design of the
system. Including system function design and database design. Function design is to set out the
function of the system, and to describe the function of the system. Database design is based on the
database design of the various constraints of the design, design a database to meet the requirements.
Must meet the various paradigms. The fifth chapter is the realization of the system. In this chapter, it
mainly describes the implementation of the various functional modules, including the layout of the
page, the function of the page and how the function module is implemented. The sixth chapter is the
part of software testing, this chapter is mainly according to the front of the realization of the function
module, the function of the system were detailed test, including black box testing, cascade testing,
white box testing, and so on, through the test found the problem, and correct them, so that the system
can smooth running. Finally, in this graduation design, I get the conclusion, as well as the help of my
teachers and students to thank.
According to teacher communication and their own learning and I decided to use JSP + mysql as the
development language and database of the design, the design is based on B / S structure, after the
completion of the design to ensure the normal use.

第 1 章 概述
1.1 课题背景
计算机的出现给人类社会带来了第三次工业革命,计算机和计算机网络已经深入到了各
行各业,各个领域,随着 Internet 的不断扩大和发展,电脑网络“把每一个国家、每一个
城市甚至每一个家庭连接到一起”,形成了一条“信息高速路”,就像高速公路大大提高了
车辆行驶的速度一样。
信息高速公路给生活、学习和工作带来了什么影响呢?总结起来主要有三点:第一,电
脑网络可以查阅信息,迅速而便捷地了解周围的世界;第二,可以跟世界各地的人随时进行
交流,并建立联系;第三,可以参加网络购物、拍卖等活动。正是由于有了这么一条信息高
速路,网上查询和网上购物随之有可能,因此网上商业交易也迅速地发展起来,也因此给我
们的生活带来很多方便。
现在也有很多的管理系统在被广泛的使用,比如办公管理系统,车辆管理系统,进销存
等,我觉得对于违规车辆的管理也是一件很有必要的事情。
1.2 课题意义
近年来随着中国经济的高速发展,车辆作为最重要的交通工具之一,不仅为人们的出行提
供方便,更是在企事业单位的创收过程中发挥中流砥柱的作用。在呼吁科学发展和可持续发
展的今天,如何利用现代化计算机网络技术,对车辆违章进行管理,提高车辆的利用效率、
完善流程、节约成本,全面实现车辆维护管理电子化;如何形成一个科学、规范、系统的管
理手段,将职责混乱,从而实现车辆违章管理科学化,大大提高方便。
