I
摘 要
互联网发展至今,无论是其理论还是技术都已经成熟,而且它广泛参与在社
会中的方方面面。它让信息都可以通过网络传播,搭配信息管理工具可以很好地
为人们提供服务。针对物业信息管理混乱,出错率高,信息安全性差,劳动强度
大,费时费力等问题,采用智能物业管理网站可以有效管理,使信息管理能够更
加科学和规范。
智能物业管理网站在 Eclipse 环境中,使用 Java 语言进行编码,使用 Mysql
创建数据表保存本系统产生的数据。系统可以提供信息显示和相应服务,其管理
员审批用户申请的服务以及车位,管理缴费信息,车位信息,公告信息,留言信
息以及用户投诉信息。用户申请车位,申请服务,添加投诉信息,查看车位订单,
房屋以及车辆信息。
总之,智能物业管理网站集中管理信息,有着保密性强,效率高,存储空间
大,成本低等诸多优点。它可以降低信息管理成本,实现信息管理计算机化。

Abstract
So far, the Internet has matured both in theory and technology, and it has been
widely involved in all aspects of society. It allows information to be disseminated
through the Internet, and it can serve people well with information management tools.
Aiming at the problems of chaotic property information management, high error rate,
poor information security, high labor intensity, time-consuming and labor-intensive,
etc., the use of intelligent property management websites can be effectively managed,
and information management can be more scientific and standardized.
The intelligent property management website is coded in Java language in the
Eclipse environment, and Mysql is used to create a data table to save the data
generated by the system. The system can provide information display and
corresponding services. Its administrator approves the services and parking spaces
applied by users, manages payment information, parking space information,
announcement information, message information and user complaints. Users apply for
parking spaces, apply for services, add complaint information, and view parking
orders, housing and vehicle information.
In short, the intelligent property management website centrally manages
information and has many advantages such as strong confidentiality, high efficiency,
large storage space, and low cost. It can reduce the cost of information management
and realize the computerization of information management.
