现代经济快节奏发展以及不断完善升级的信息化技术,让传统数据信息的管
理升级为软件存储,归纳,集中处理数据信息的管理方式。本驾校收支管理可视
化平台就是在这样的大环境下诞生,其可以帮助使用者在短时间内处理完毕庞大
的数据信息,使用这种软件工具可以帮助管理人员提高事务处理效率,达到事半
功倍的效果。此驾校收支管理可视化平台利用当下成熟完善的 SSM 框架,使用
跨平台的可开发大型商业网站的 Java 语言,页面采用 JSP 技术,以及最受欢迎
的 RDBMS 应用软件之一的 MySQL 数据库进行程序开发。驾校收支管理可视化
平台有管理员,学员,教练,财务共四个角色。管理员功能有个人中心,学员管
理,教练管理,财务管理,教练分配管理,学习计划管理,学习进度管理,车辆
信息管理,车辆维护管理,考试安排管理,考试成绩管理,缴费信息管理,招生
宣传管理。教练可以发布学习计划,学习进度,对车辆信息发布维护信息。财务
人员可以审核和支付教练发布的车辆维护费用,可以查看和审核学员的缴费信息。
学员可以注册登录,查看教练分配,学习计划,学习进度,考试安排,考试成绩,
招生宣传,缴费信息,还可以在缴费信息里面进行支付操作。驾校收支管理可视
化平台的开发根据操作人员需要设计的界面简洁美观,在功能模块布局上跟同类
型网站保持一致,程序在实现基本要求功能时,也为数据信息面临的安全问题提
供了一些实用的解决方案。可以说该程序在帮助使用者高效率地处理工作事务的
同时,也实现了数据信息的整体化,规范化与自动化。

Abstract
The fast-paced development of the modern economy and the continuous improvement
and upgrading of information technology have upgraded the management of
traditional data information to a management method of software storage, induction,
and centralized processing of data information. This driving school revenue and
expenditure management visualization platform was born in such a large environment.
It can help users process huge data information in a short period of time. Using this
software tool can help managers improve transaction processing efficiency and
achieve twice the result with half the effort. . This visual platform for income and
expenditure management of driving school uses the mature and perfect SSM
framework, uses the Java language that can develop large-scale commercial websites
across platforms, uses JSP technology for pages, and MySQL database, one of the
most popular RDBMS application software, for program development. The visual
platform for income and expenditure management of the driving school has four roles:
administrator, student, coach, and finance. The administrator functions include
personal center, student management, coach management, financial management,
coach allocation management, learning plan management, learning progress
management, vehicle information management, vehicle maintenance management,
test arrangement management, test score management, payment information
management, enrollment promotion manage. Coaches can publish learning plans,
learning progress, and maintenance information for vehicle information. The financial
staff can review and pay the vehicle maintenance fee issued by the coach, and can
view and review the payment information of the trainee. Students can register and log
in to view coach assignments, study plans, study progress, test arrangements, test
scores, enrollment promotions, payment information, and payment operations in the
payment information. The development of the visual platform for revenue and
expenditure management of the driving school is designed according to the needs of
the operator. The interface is simple and beautiful, and the layout of the functional
modules is consistent with the same type of website. When the program realizes the
basic required functions, it also provides some practicalities for the security problems

faced by the data and information. s solution. It can be said that this program not only
helps users to deal with work affairs efficiently, but also realizes the integration,
standardization and automation of data information.
