天津滨海国际机场客运服务质量提升策略研究
摘要:根据中央《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》部署,京津冀协同发展将交通作为率先
突破领域之一。同时明确,京津冀民航协同发展的总体目标,是打造“国际一流的航
空枢纽”。天津机场在京津冀机场群中的定位是区域性枢纽,要分担首都机场的非国
际枢纽功能,为此需要提升旅客服务质量来吸引国内旅客。目前机场的旅客服务还有
很多需要改进的地方,本文结合天津机场服务质量现状分析机场服务中需要改进的地
方,并提出服务质量提升策略。

Research on service quality improvement strategy of Tianjin
Binhai International Airport
Abstract:According to the central planning outline for coordinated development of
Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei
regards transportation as one of the first breakthrough areas. At the same time, it is clear
that the overall goal of the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei civil aviation
is to build an "international first-class aviation hub". Tianjin airport is positioned as a
regional hub in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei airport group. To share the non international hub
functions of the capital airport, it is necessary to improve the service quality of passengers
to attract domestic passengers. At present, there are still many areas to be improved in the
airport passenger service. This paper will analyze the areas to be improved in the airport
service based on the current situation of Tianjin airport service quality, and put forward
strategies to improve the service quality.
