Abstract
Electric scraper is the main loading, transporting and unloading equipment of the
underground mine railless mining operation, and it is a new type of high-efficiency
air-free underground railless loading, transportation and unloading equipment. The
scraper has the advantages of simple operation, no terrain restriction, independent
operation, fast driving speed and high production efficiency.
The scraper is a two-way travel structure, which requires the power cable to
carry out the collection and release action frequently along with the forward and
backward of the scraper. Due to the limitation of the length of the scraper, it is not
possible to squeeze the cables against each other and the friction of the inner and
outer layers to achieve self-draining cables on the full length of the rollers. In order to
achieve an orderly arrangement of cables on the drum, an automatic cable
arrangement must be set up.
First of all, the analysis of the basic composition of the automatic cable
arrangement of the electric scraper, the working principle, the problems and the main
components of the electric cable arrangement common fault analysis, and find the
main cause of the fault.
Secondly, the new electro-hydraulic control automatic cable arrangement device
is used, the overall structure design of the electric fluid control automatic cable
transfer device is designed, and the structure of one-way screw and crescent slider is
designed and three-dimensional structure map is drawn, and the force analysis and
strength calculation of key areas is calculated.
Third, the new electro-hydraulic control automatic cable transfer device

Finally, the manufacturing process of a single spiral is used to make a reasonable
choice of one-way screw material and design the manufacturing process.
