摘要
纵观 2019 年,我国经济发展水平不断提高,国民消费能力在不断提高。餐
饮消费观念也在不断地变化,餐饮行业的竞争也非常激烈,我国中小型传统餐饮
行业迎来新的发展高峰,同时也遭遇更复杂的市场考验。本文采用文献分析法,
现场调查和关键人物访谈等研究方法,对红强餐饮店的营销模式进行研究。结果
发现,红强餐饮店在日常经营中存在产品稀少及缺少个性化的服务、营销方式老
旧难以跟上时代发展变化和产品价格高,调价难度大等问题。在深入分析以上问
题的基础之上,本研究针对性地提出了产品销售渠道变化、采用微信公众号进行
宣传与旅游景点捆推广、制定套餐,调价幅度小改变调价频率等解决对策。本研
究的结论可作为红强餐饮店改变营销模式的决策依据,优化红强餐饮店的营销模
式,也为红强餐饮店创造进一步发展的机会,促使餐饮店销售业绩能够更上一层
楼。也可供同类企业在改变营销模式时参考,提高企业的综合竞争力,实现企业
销售业绩的增长,达到更加长远的发展。

ABSTRACT
China’s economic is developing quickly in 2019. China's national consumption
index is rising. Chinese’s consumption is developing too. Chinese can earn more
money and there will be more and more people change their consumption ideas.
Under the influence of national policy and economic environment, with the
development and popularization of Internet technology, China’s small and
medium-sized traditional catering industry ushered in a new development peak, but
also encountered more complex market test.
There are many challenges for the traditional catering industry. In this paper
user literature survey, field review method and key informant interview to research
the marketing mode of Hongqiang restaurant. The result is shown in below. Hongqing
restaurant can’t meet customer requirements, the lack of product innovation, the old
marketing method and so on. There are some solutions to Hongqiang restaurant, such
as improve the level of service, change of product sales channel and use Wechat to
publicize Hongqiang restaurant and so on. The conclusion of this study can be used
as the decision-making basis of changing the marketing mode of Hongqiang
restaurant,and also be used as the similar restaurants.
