新型材料在 DA40D 型飞机上的运用
摘 要
古往今来,在航空领域,各项先进材料一直争奇斗艳,展露自己独特的风采。从木、布
材料,到铝合金钢材,再到后来的钛合金……一直到如今我们耳熟能详的玻璃纤维以及碳
纤维这类复合材料,历经几代人的努力,航空材料在一次次的更新后,终于迸发出新的活
力。无论是民航飞机,还是通用航空飞机,在装备了新型复合材料之后,都具有了高比强
度(强度比密度)及高比刚度(模量比密度)的性能。在此,选取高性能的复合材料来研
究是当今具有发展潜力的一个研究方向。本文研究的 DA40D 型飞机,全机身由复合材料构
成,部分机内部件也采用复合材料,在航空领域是先进复合材料运用的典型例子。除此之
外,DA40D 型飞机符合复合材料的设计原则,通过实践,为新型复合材料飞机的研发奠定
了良好的基础。

Application of new materials in DA40D aircraft
ABSTRACT
Throughout the ages, in the field of aviation, all kinds of advanced materials have been
competing to show their unique style. From wood and cloth materials, to aluminum alloy steel, to
later titanium alloy Until now, the composite materials like glass fiber and carbon fiber, which we

are familiar with, have experienced the efforts of several generations, and the aviation materials
have finally burst out new vitality after repeated updates. Both civil aviation aircraft and general
aviation aircraft, after equipped with new composite materials, have the performance of high
specific strength (specific strength density) and high specific stiffness (specific modulus density).
In this paper, it is a potential research direction to select high-performance composite materials.
In this paper, DA40D aircraft, the whole fuselage is made of composite materials, and some of its
internal components are also made of composite materials, which is a typical example of advanced
composite materials in the aviation field. In addition, DA40D aircraft conforms to the design
principles of composite materials, which lays a good foundation for the research and development
of new composite aircraft.
