摘 要
随着世界科学技术的快速发展跟机械制造自动化程度的提升,机床奔
向高度自动化发展。在这种境况下,数控机床有了充分施展身手的空间。
目前,我国正处在增大内需以及产业转型升级的重要时期,但现在我国
CNC 机床的性能和水平较美德日相比还很难以与其并驾齐驱,高档的
CNC 加工中心大部分依赖进口,与此同时,有些核心技术与军工装备挂钩,
发达国家把高品质 CNC 加工中心当做战略资源严格把关,控制他国进口。
目前,多轴 CNC 技术在机械行业的地位迅速攀升,尤其在于模具制造和汽
车制造业里的多曲面加工,此技术有关机械、电子等多门专业,设计、实验
很困难,探究多轴数控中心的重要核心,使得高品质多轴 CNC 加工中心国
有化、系统化和数量化的能力,提高国内制造优良品质多轴 CNC 机床的能
力,满足当前制造业的需求,是机械制造业的迫切需要

。
工作台是数控机床的重要组成部件之一,本设计主要包括工作台结构
设计、工作台和机械驱动部件的设计包括工作台传动方式的确定、传动
丝杠结构方式确定、丝杠的校核计算等。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology and the improvement of
mechanical automation, machine tools are developing towards the direction of
high efficiency automation. In this case, CNC machine tools can appear and
develop widely. At present, China is in a critical period of expanding
domestic demand and industrial transformation and upgrading, but at present,
the technical level and performance of China's CNC machine tools are still far
behind developed countries. Most of the high-end CNC machining centers
rely on imports. At the same time, as the strategic equipment of national
defense and military industry, some developed countries regard the
high-performance CNC machining centers as strategic materials under strict
control, limiting China's imports. At present, multi axis numerical control
technology plays an increasingly prominent role in the manufacturing
industry, especially in the mold and automobile manufacturing industry. This
technology involves machinery, electronics and other disciplines, and is
difficult to design and experiment. It is necessary to study the key
technologies of five axis machining center, so as to form the capacity of
localization, serialization and mass production of high-performance five axis
linkage machining center, It is an urgent requirement for the whole industry to
develop domestic five axis linkage machine tools of good quality to meet the
production needs of the whole manufacturing industry.
Worktable is one of the important components of CNC machine tools.
This design mainly includes the structural design of worktable, the design of
worktable and mechanical transmission components, including the
determination of the transmission mode of worktable, the determination of the
structural form of transmission lead screw, the check calculation of lead screw,
etc.
